Who we are

This website is operated by Kierauniv International Clinic for Women, 38 Irrawaddy Road, #11-48, Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Singapore 329563 ("the clinic", "we"). This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. Medical records created during your care are handled under the clinic's patient privacy policy and Singapore's healthcare regulations.

What we collect

  • Booking requests: your name, mobile number, email address, preferred date, reason for visit and any message you choose to include.

  • Website use: basic technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited, recorded by our web hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

Please do not include detailed medical history in the booking form. The clinic will discuss your health with you directly.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your appointment
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to this.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website and our email, under obligations to protect it, and where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore, in which case we take steps to make sure it receives a comparable standard of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries only as long as needed to arrange your care and meet our legal obligations, and then securely delete them.

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot arrange your appointment. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer at docdharsh@gmail.com or call +65 6694 0755.
