Teenagegynaecology.
Adolescent gynaecology for young women and their parents: periods, hormones, HPV vaccination and honest answers.

As a mother of three girls, Dr Dharsh understands that some questions feel hard to ask. Teens are welcome to bring a parent, and there is always time to talk privately.
What is teenage gynaecology?
Teenage (adolescent) gynaecology is care for the health of girls and young women from their first period through the late teens. A visit is worth booking if:
- Periods are very heavy, painful or irregular
- Periods have not started by age 15
- There are questions about discharge
- There are questions about HPV vaccination, contraception or sexual health
A first visit is mostly a conversation, and any examination only happens if it is needed and agreed.
The aim is simple: help young women feel comfortable in their own bodies, understand what is normal, and know where to turn when something is not.
Young patients under the clinic's care can email their questions at any time, and the clinic aims to reply within one working day. Email is not for emergencies: call +65 6535 8833, or 995 in a life-threatening emergency.
